CHIRURGIE COMPLIQUÉE : Endophtalmies aiguës et Abcès cornéens
- Infections bactériennes

Traitement
Antibiothérapie systémique :
- Ofloxacine PO 200 mg x 2/j
ET
- Imipenème IV 1 g x 3/j
OU
- Ofloxacine PO 200 mg x 2/j
ET
- Pipéracilline IV 4 g x 3/j
Collyre fortifié :
- Vancomycine 50 mg/ml
ET
- Ceftazidime 20 mg/ml
Injection intravitréenne :
- Vancomycine 1 mg dans 0,1 ml
ET
- Ceftazidime 2,25 mg dans 0,1 ml
Durée
- Antibiothérapie systémique : 2 j IV et 3 j PO
- Collyre fortifié : Instillation horaire pendant 2 j puis toutes les 2h
- Infections fungiques

1er choix
- Amphotéricine B IV 0,7-1 mg/kg/j
ET
- Amphotéricine B intravitreén 0,001-0,005 mg dans 0,1 ml
Collyre :
- Amphotéricine B 2,5 mg/l, 1 goutte/h
Alternative
- Voriconazole 6 mg/kg/12h à J1 puis 4 mg/kg/12h
