Enfants < 8 ans 

• Amoxicilline 50 mg/kg/j en 3 prises (toutes les 8 heures)

Enfants > 8 ans 

• Doxycycline PO (photoprotection indispensable) : 4 mg/kg/j en 2 prises (max 100 mg/prise et 200 mg/j)

Alternative

Enfants < 8 ans 

• Azithromycine 20 mg/kg/j (max 500 mg/j)

Enfants > 8 ans 

• Amoxicilline : 50 mg/kg/j en 3 prises (max 1 g/prise)

Durée

• 21 jours
• 10 jours si Azithromycine
